Grizzly Growl tracks dangerous wild animals turning up where people live — and the attacks that make the news — across the United States. Bears in backyards, mountain lions near schools, alligators in pools, snakes in garages, and the maulings, bites and close calls that follow.

What we cover

• Bears — sightings in neighborhoods, break-ins, relocations and attacks.
• Mountain Lions & Big Cats — cougars and bobcats near homes and schools.
• Gators & Snakes — alligators and venomous snakes removed from yards, pools and streets.
• Animal Attacks — when wildlife hurts people or pets.

Our goal is simple: tell you when a dangerous animal is near, and what to do about it. See a wild animal where you live? Submit a sighting.
