The Grizzly Growl

Marissa McElreath

Marissa McElreath, Writer

Marissa McElreath is a sophomore at Copper Hills. She is a writer for the Grizzly Growl as well as a member of the school’s Slam Poetry team. She loves concerts, writing, horror movies and having dad BBQ’s with her close friends. She’s passionate about everything she does whether she wanted to do it initially or not. She has very loose plans of graduating from Boise State with a degree to teach a bunch of 8th graders about U.S. history to then retire and run a pioneer museum out of her old-lady house. Or she might drop that whole plan to be a tattoo artist. She only joined Newspaper because there were no other classes left but she hasn’t left yet and isn’t planning to, so we’ll see what happens with that.
