On October 25, CHHS Slam team went to American Fork to compete and they left with a win. While the competition was held at American Fork, the schools that competed were Kearns, Paradigm, Lone Peak, and Copper Hills. During the the first round, Amaya Petersen performed first, followed by Sydnee Neibaur, Issac Mathis, and Cassey Ivie.

Amaya began the first round by scoring a total 26.7. Sydnee ended her round with a 26, Issac earned a 28.6, and Cass ended the night with a 29. The team effort is what brought the house down and slam up. Copper Hills had a combined score of 111.3 with American Fork as first runner up with a score of 108.6.
