A horoscope is an astrological chart representing the positions of the sun, moon, and planets. It shows the positions at an exact time of an event, like a person’s birth. In order to check your horoscope sign, you have to know what your zodiac sign is. Your zodiac depends on your date of birth. The following are the dates and names of each zodiac sign:

At Copper Hills High School, there are a lot of students who believe and follow their horoscope. According to a Twitter poll where 25 Copper Hills Students voted, 56% said they do follow their horoscope. This is just a small sample of the students here at Copper Hills, but it does show how many people believe in astrology.

People enjoy horoscopes because they give them a look into the future, which can then give them hope. Hope is very helpful and important for teenagers because it can give them a sense of belonging and happiness. Following horoscopes and zodiac signs can also give teenagers something to look forward to, which can be essential when going through a hard time. 

For a lot of people, exploring horoscopes can easily turn from hobby to passion. Many people even get into the career of an astrologist. An astrologist or an astrologer is a person who uses  the positions of celestial bodies to interpret what will happen in the future. People will often go see these Astrologists to find out interesting events that may or may not happen in their future. 

People use their horoscopes to give them hope, this can start in teen years and move all the way into adulthood. If you choose to follow your horoscope you will find that it might just give you an undeniable sense of hope.
