The Peer Leadership Team is constantly doing service projects. Lexi Holliday has brought up the problem of homelessness and wanted to do something about it. “I am collection clothes for the homeless. We are mainly looking for beanies, jackets, coats, sweats, pants, and socks,” she explains. PLT has worked together to pass out flyers to all of the surrounding neighborhoods of Copper Hills High School. Today a group of three individuals within the PLT group went adventuring out to look for bags donors have left out on their porches. They were able to collect several bags full of clothes. They will be going around neighborhoods for two more weeks, so if you have anything you would like to donate please leave it on your doorstep or have someone bring it to Mrs. Butler’s room, the PLT teacher/advisor.
