Cross Country

Sport: Figure Skating, junior men’s singles

Age: 14

GPA: 3.4

Stats: “I have placed 3rd in Nationals and my highest score is 175.”

Special Teams: Currently on ISP (International Selection Pool). If chosen, he will be a member of United States team.

What makes you successful? “I’ve been skating for so long, I have a lot of experience and I’m really good at my spins and jumps.”

Why figure skating? “It’s a challenge and I love it.”

Pregame routine: “I jam to music based on whatever mood I’m in. There’s always some Taylor Swift in there.”

Sport: Cross Country

Years lettering: 3

What made you successful? “I work hard every day, have faith in myself, and I believe that I could be as good as any of the best runners.”

Why Cross Country? “I’m really awful at any sport involving a ball, so running just stuck with me.”

Plans after high school: “I’m not sure yet, but I’d love to sign with a college. A few colleges have sent me letters.”

Pregame routine: “Warm up with the rest of the varsity girls. A big part of our routine is prayer.”
